I'm admitting right up front that I am a werewolf junkie - the genre and Ms. Beegle's series. I have read the first five books - several times. So I was totally honored and excited when Ms. Beegle asked me to beta read this book. I am totally biased, because love this author's writing.The series just keeps getting better and better. I love all the characters. But I'll confess to something: I am rooting for Brant the most, because nothing is more satisfying in a book than a good redemption (except maybe a really, really erotic scene after 300 pages of sexual tension - but you won't get that here!).
I have asked Ms. Beegle to keep working on this series until she 112 years old, and then she can retire, or start a new series. So far, she hasn't said "no"...truthfully, she hasn't said "yes" either but I like to be optimistic.
Read this book ASAP!

I love a werewolf story that isn't another Twilight Zone wannabe. It is a very interesting story of 'real' people who just happen to turn into a werewolf once a month. The personalities are believable, and the action is very exciting.
